Job Overview
Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced AOG A&P Mechanics to support corporate jet line maintenance operations in West Palm Beach (PBI) and Naples (APF), Florida. These are 6-month contract-to-hire opportunities offering top-tier pay and weekly per diem.
This role is ideal for mechanics with strong AOG/line maintenance experience on business and corporate aircraft.

Responsibilities
- Perform AOG (Aircraft on Ground) line maintenance on corporate aircraft
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems in time-sensitive environments
- Conduct inspections, servicing, and minor repairs on-site
- Respond to unscheduled maintenance events and return aircraft to service quickly
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Ensure all work complies with FAA, safety, and quality standards
- Accurately document maintenance actions
Qualifications
- Active A&P License – REQUIRED
- Minimum 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience – REQUIRED
- Line maintenance / AOG experience – REQUIRED
- Experience on one or more of the following aircraft:
- Bombardier Challenger / Bombardier Global
- Cessna Citation Latitude / Cessna Citation Sovereign / Cessna Citation XLS
- Beechcraft King Air
- Embraer Phenom / Embraer Legacy / Embraer Praetor
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $48.00 – $52.00/hr
- Per Diem:
- Up to $1,190/week ($61,880/year equivalent) must qualify
- Contract Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
- Platform: Corporate / Business Jets
- Environment: Line Maintenance / AOG
- Interview Process: 2 Phone Interviews
